Vinyasa 1 & 2
Grow your practice. This mixed level class allows you to explore more challenging asana variations with the detail and support of a level 1 class. The practice will be dynamic yet playful, with modifications to offer your practice room to grow and expand your mind/body awareness. Vinyasa classes link breath with movement, are often sweat inducing, energetic and deeply cleansing for the body. Some yoga experience recommended.
