CHASE JACKSON??was originally drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, but she soon discovered that the benefits of yoga had a positive effect on every aspect of her life. After many years of practicing, Chase got her 500 hour yoga teaching certification in 2007 and has been teaching ever since. She got an additional 200 hour yoga certification in 2013 and has attended many workshops and trainings from local and internationally renowned yoga teachers over the years. She teaches hatha vinyasa and it is her belief that everyone can do yoga and receive great benefit from the practice. She works as a physical therapist assistant at the University of Utah Orthopaedic Center and enjoys time spent outside with her husband and her two dogs.
